We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for unused, original condition, and in it's original packaging.

Please note below are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

 

  • International orders outside of US & CA
  • Shipping fees

  • Personalized and Final Sale items

  • Sample sale items

  • Gift cards


To start a return, please contact us at returns@joliviakim.com. If your return is accepted, please send your item to the provided return address (Fullerton for U.S. orders, Toronto for Canada orders). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded based on your selection:

 

You can choose one of the following options:

 

  • Receive a full refund as a digital gift card, and we’ll cover your return shipping. Gift cards never expire and are final once issued.
  • Exchange for another Jolivia Kim item, and we’ll cover your return shipping. Shipping fees for the new item may apply. Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Receive a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

 


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at returns@joliviakim.com within 5 days of delivery so we can review and make it right.

 

Unfortunately, we’re unable to process claims reported after this 5-day window.
